Toronto- Three Greater Toronto renovators are vying for the coveted renovator of the year award at the GTHBA annual renovation and custom builders awards ceremony on April 7th.

 A. Lifetime Contractor, PROBUILT and Whitehall Homes & Construction Ltd. are all finalists for the renovator of the year award. The coveted award goes to the company whose leadership helps raise the standard for all renovators and whose efforts improve the public image of renovators in the Greater Toronto Area. The award reflects how well the renovator performed as a professional, meeting the needs and expectations of customers while contributing to the industry.

In total fourteen companies are vying for awards in six different home renovation and custom building categories.

Intrigued by Design

The GTHBA renovation and custom building awards, recognizing the best of the best in the home renovation industry in the Greater Toronto Area, will be presented at the association's industry luncheon on Friday April 7th, 2006 at the Liberty Grand, Exhibition Place.

Homeowners will have an opportunity to view all project display boards submitted in the competition at Destination Renovation, presented by the GTHBA, during the ten-day National Home Show, April 7-16, at the National Trade Centre.

The home renovation and custom building awards are sponsored by Renovation and Décor magazine.

With more than 1,400 members, the GTHBA is the voice of the residential construction industry in the Greater Toronto Area. Established in 1921, the association is comprised of land developers, home builders, professional renovation contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, service, professional and financial firms. We are proudly affiliated with the Ontario and Canadian Home Builders' Associations.
