BILD recognizes its members via a series of awards presentations. These awards highlight accomplishments in leadership, philanthropy and quality of work in various sectors of the membership. 



The Associate Awards recognize BILD Associate members for quality service, professionalism, leadership or innovation within their respective fields. Delivering a new home or renovation is a collaborative effort involving consultants, suppliers and trade contractors working together with the builder, developer and renovator. One award is presented to a company in each of these areas: Trade Contractor, Manufacturer / Supplier and Service Professional of the Year.  



The BILD Awards recognize excellence and innovation in the design, construction, sales and marketing of new homes in the GTA. The myriad of awards celebrate all phases of bringing a new community to life from land use and community planning to technical suite design to creative marketing techniques. The Association also presents prestigious Pinnacle Awards such as Home Builder of the Year for both low-rise and mid/high-rise builders, and surveys new homeowners as part of the judging process. Special accolades are also presented to members for humanitarian and philanthropic efforts.

BILD regularly recognizes industry professionals for exceptional work and tremendous achievement. The annual Member of the Year and Chair's Award of Merit are presented to individuals for their contribution to the industry and association throughout the year. The Lifetime Achievement Award and the BILD Hall of Fame recognize individuals whose work has made a significant impact on the industry throughout their careers. 



The Renovation & Custom Home Awards annually recognize professional renovators and custom builders for professionalism, quality of work and industry leadership. These Awards recognize a number of individual renovations separated by price range. The annual Renovator of the Year award is presented to a renovator who sets the standard for the rest of the sector in their leadership and commitment to customer service, as well as contributing to the overall image of the renovation industry.
