The unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the normalcy of individual lives, business operations, and communities; creating an air of uncertainty on what the future has to hold. More than ever, we are counting on our strong municipal leadership to pave the recovery way forward, as we are all invested in housing supply and employment opportunities for the residents of the GTA.
BILD is hosting a conversations series with GTA and Simcoe County Regional Chairs and Mayors where we focus on how their respective jurisdictions have responded to the COVID-19 disruption, as well as the strategies and partnerships necessary to ensure the future prosperity and safety for residents and businesses.
Join us for our fifth installment of this series on September 23rd to engage in conversation with City of Burlington Mayor Marianne Meed Ward and Town of Oakville Mayor Rob Burton on how we collectively plan to rebuild, and continue to move forward with our objective of increasing jobs and housing supply.
