This is no empty 30-day challenge. You will learn practical skills to bring to real-life situations. Within emotional intelligence, 4 EQ skills that contribute to your well-being. Our trainer, Teresa Quinlan, will guide you through exercises and practices related directly to these 4 skills so that, in 30 days, you’ve created habits and practices that result in noticeable changes to YOUR well-being; assisting us to be better friends, employees and leaders.
