Why Attend BILD’s Fall Housing Study Tour to Nashville?
While Nashville is known for being the birthplace of country music, the city has grown into a metropolis that offers a little something for everyone. For the 3rd straight year, Nashville was ranked among the USA's top 10 real estate markets to watch in the annual PwC/ULI Emerging Trends in Real Estate report with over 20,000 building permits being issued in 2017. Their population is young with a median age of 34 years and they are interested in living downtown. In fact, several new high-rise projects will begin to alter the skyline during 2018 and 2019, most notably the Whole Foods-anchored, 26-story tower being developed on Broadway, as well as the 45-story 505 CST building, which now stands as Nashville’s second tallest building. Immigration and strong employment opportunities help drive the Real Estate market in Nashville. According to U.S. census bureau over 100 people move to Nashville every day. The largest industries in Nashville include: Education & Health Services (23.3%), Trade & Transportation (19.6%), Professional Services (11.1%), Leisure & Hospitality (10.7%), and Government (10.0%).
Join us as we tour innovative mid-rise, infill townhomes and single detached homes in Music City and surrounding areas. Of course, we will have some fun along the way too!
