Trusted Builder Program

The Trusted Builder Program is a designation from BILD that identifies builders and developer members of the association who have been members of BILD for at least 25 years – and who have deep roots in the community, a history of delivering homes over the last several decades and have experienced a variety of complex market conditions.

There are three categories to the program: Trusted Builder, Trusted Developer, and Trusted Builder/Developer.

The association members who qualify for the Trusted Builder Program meet the following criteria:

• Experience & Tenure: The program highlights builders who have demonstrated experience, enduring the challenges of high and low inflation, fluctuating markets, and an ever-changing environment. Their tenure with the association speaks to their unwavering dedication to both the industry and the communities they serve.
  
• Licensing & Compliance: Like all accredited builders in Ontario, the builders and developers of the Trusted Builder Program are fully licensed and meet the highest building codes and regulations in Ontario. • Ethical Standards & Long-time Member: BILD’s code of ethics set a high bar. All BILD Members adhere to the code of conduct and by choosing a Trusted Builder, you are choosing a partner who upholds the strictest ethical standards in the industry and who has been a good standing for the duration of their membership.
